SureMercy is a registered NDIS provider whose goal is to ensure that the participants’ needs are met satisfactorily. We provide a safe space, and committed support persons who provide quality, participant-centred, and culturally safe care to participants. 

SureMercy  was established with the sole aim of offering services that puts the participant as a priority in creating opportunities, promoting independence and progression in a safe and non-discriminative environment.

SureMercy has caring team members who are committed to providing personalised support to participants with the overall goal of them having choice and control in terms of care process/method, accommodation, location, group/centre activities, among others.

Our property locations promise outstanding quality, therapeutic space that suits the participants’ choice and need.

SureMercy community services are available, safe, client/culturally orientated, supportive, secure, and accessible; We provide a wide range of services depending on the participants support plan, funding, need and choice.
