Short Term Accommodation (STA)

STA, also known as respite is a support that provides a place where someone with disability can stay for a short period, allowing them to try their hand at learning something new, meet and make new friends or acquire a new skill. 

Using STA also gives your family members or caregivers a break from their duties in caring for you, allowing them to unwind. 

The trusted team assist without compromising the independence and breaching the confidentiality and privacy of the participant. Furthermore, the team ensures that the participants not only develop new skills but also strengthen their already learned skills. 

Supported Independent Living (SIL)

SureMercy community services provides supported independent living to the participants, throughout the days of the week, overnight support and sleepover are inclusive. This service is provided in a group or shared living arrangements specifically designed and developed to meet individual needs .  We equally provide short term accommodation including respite, home away from home.

Our personnel with additional experience/qualification assist clients with daily personal activities (High-Intensity), to enable people with more complex needs to live as autonomously as possible. They provide a wide range of support including medication assistance, completion of domestic chores, meal preparation, financial management, communication skills and lifestyle mentoring,
